Bernard Dichek is a filmmaker and journalist.
He has written and directed programs about the aboriginal peoples of Canada, biomedical innovations in Israel and development work in Africa and Nepal for world-leading organizations including the National Film Board of Canada, the National Geographic Channel, the World Health Organization and the Nature Network.
He founded BioIsrael.com, the internet platform for Israel’s biotechnology industry and is a regular contributor of magazine articles about film, art, technology and social issues.
A graduate of York University’s Film Program, he earned a M.A. from the Hebrew University Communications Institute and a fellowship at the European Initiative for Communicators of Science.
